Skating

This is the reason why I am in Kelowna and Canada right now. Skating couple of hours every day, working on the technique and my speed. To work with one of the best skating coaches in the world Dave Roy and his girls at the Pursuit of Excellence has been great. My last week here, 5 weeks went by so fast. That´s how it is when you are having fun. Alot of hard work but it´s always worth it in the end, if you want to achive your goals.
